We take all the possible care and protection when we ship our flowers, but sometimes the handling process of the carriers or other external factors could affect and damage the flowers, if you are not satisfied with your flower bouquet contact us IMMEDIATELY to info@floweratelier.net  to file a claim within the next 24 HOURS of receiving your product and include images of all the packaging material and damaged flower bouquet or your claim will not be accepted and no refund will be granted. We don’t guarantee color tone matches because of the seasons and availability when we harvest the flowers.

*Currently we only ship to the United States. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

To add a card to your order: 

1- Please see the available cards in the product photos section

2- Check the style, write down the name of the card

3- Add to Cart button, check your order

4- View cart button

5- Select Add a note

6- Write the name of the card to your order.
