What comes in a Flower Atelier BOX?

You will receive our hand-crafted fresh Flower Atelier mixed bouquet, sourced directly from the best eco-friendly Rainforest Alliance Certified farms in South America. Only the best seasonal blooms are selected to make sure the freshest flowers are shipped, they will arrive in bud form and will bloom 2 - 3 days after you received.  Your arrangement will arrive with care instructions and Flower Atelier floral food to make sure it lasts even longer!  

 

You can order your bouquet with or without a nice modern vase and you can also add a special card for the moment you are celebrating.

 

When will I receive my Flower Atelier mixed bouquet BOX?

 

Your Flower Atelier mixed bouquet order is processed within 1-2 business days and the estimated delivered time is 4-6 business days. (Delivery not available on weekends).

 

When you pay for a subscription your Flower Atelier mixed bouquet BOX will be delivered each month in the same date you receive you first order. You will never receive the same Flower Atelier mixed bouquet during a 12 month period subscription.

 

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

*Currently we only ship to the United States. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations.

 

What can I do, if my flowers arrived damaged?

 

We take all the possible care and protection when we ship our flowers, but sometimes the handling process of the carriers or other external factors could affect and damage the flowers, if you are not satisfied with your flower bouquet contact us IMMEDIATELY to info@floweratelier.net  to file a claim within the next 24 HOURS of receiving your product and include images of all the packaging material and damaged flower bouquet or your claim will not be accepted and no refund will be granted. We don’t guarantee color tones matches because of the seasons and availability when we harvest the flowers.

 

How does the subscriptions works?

 

You can choose to subscribe between any of our Flower Atelier mixed bouquets  and  you will received every single month a totally different flower mixed bouquet based in the same price range you choose your first order. When you subscribe you will have a discount between 15%-20%-25% depending on the period of time 3, 6 or 12 months of the subscription. You will receive your monthly Flower Atelier mixed bouquet the same date as your first order. Your subscription will not be renewed automatically once is finished.

How does special events works?

 

When you are planning a Special Event : birthday, graduation, wedding, corporate event or any special reunion, you can order a wholesale flower box of your favorite Flower Atelier mixed bouquets to decorate your space. We strongly recommend that the flowers bouquets boxes should arrive 2 or 3 days before the event, so the flowers can be fully Bloomed in this period of time and will look as wonderful as you dreamed!

You can order any of our Flower Atelier mixed bouquets wholesale BOX and it will come with 40% seasons colors flowers and 60% with assorted colors. We assure you that they will be colorful, fresh and beautiful to receive.
